Base vintage 2004, no fining, 15% of the blend under the oak. Dosage: 5 g/L. Aging on the lees for at least 14 years. Grapes are hand-picked from the only Grand Crus of Champagne. Chardonnay is from Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil sur Oger and Pinot Noir is from Ambonay.
