<p>Produced from 25 to 35-year-old vines located in the Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Ageing: 80% in oak barrels 20% barrels (8 to 12 months). According to 2016 vintage Chardonnays exhibit a more golden colour rather than the typical greenish-gold nuances. On the palate, the wines are more taut than in 2015. They are true to their terroir and boast lovely concentration due to low yields. They will delight lovers of great white Burgundies, even while they are still young.</p>

<p>The different varietals were been fermented separately in small steel tanks to maintain their varietal characteristics intact. The alcoholic fermentation was followed by malolactic fermentation, again in steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 10 months, partly in barrique used for Ornellaia and partly in cement tanks, to obtain the perfect balance between tannic structure and an expression of fresh fruit.</p>

<p>This wine is produced from grapes grown in several estate-owned vineyards. The Rossj vineyard, planted in 1984, is named for Angelo Gaja&#x27;s younger daughter Rossana (Rossj). Bass is Piedmontese for the Italian basso, meaning low, a name derived from the vineyard&#x27;s position. Pheasants are featured on Rossj-Bass&#x27; label to commemorate the beautiful birds that inhabit the forests adjacent to GAJA&#x27;s vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for approximately four weeks. Aged in oak for six months.</p>

<p>Created by Karen Dulkhanyan, this AKNEYE is the recreation of a famous piece by Yervand Kochar. Assumed to be a self-portrait of the contemporary sculptor and artist, the Woman and the Rooster was painted in 1930. The painting combines mythology and the artist&#x27;s modern era by portraying a half-male character giving three seeds to a Gallic rooster. The lying figure is the representation of the artist himself and the seeds are his discoveries while the rooster symbolises France, where Kochar lived for 13 years. The rooster looks hesitant as the prophetic character seems to be unsure of his true identity. </p><p></p>

<p style="text-align:left;" size="0" _root="undefined" __ownerid="undefined" __hash="undefined" __altered="false">The “Door” brandy is made of high quality cognac spirits produced from selected grape kinds of Mskhali, Kakhet and Areni of the Ararat Valley. It matures in oak barrels in a winery storage inherited from Soviet Armenia. The raw materials for cognac spirits are white, pink and red grape kinds, which are processed by the method of white wine production, excluding the use of sulfur. Our brandy is made according to the traditional Armenian method, using exclusively spring water instead of distilled. Minerals of such water make the taste of brandy rich and truly unique<br/>Nutritional and energy value in 100 grams of the product: carbohydrates 1.2g, energy value: 220kcal/935KJ.</p><p></p>
